| ABOUT THE EVENT/ ACTVITY |  Skill Council for Green Jobs presented itself in CII’s 4th National Conference on “ Skill Development & Job Fair -Linking Skills to Jobs” held on 26-27th November,2015 held at Taj Palace, New Delhi.The objective of the conference was to connect industry employers and youth from ITIs. The conference had provided jobs to ITI graduates while enabling access for employers to a talent pool.
The Skill Council for Green Jobs has Renewable Energy, Green Construction, Green Buildings Green Campus, Green Transportation, Solid Waste Management, Water Management, E-Waste Management, and Energy Storage as the major sectors under its umbrella. Mr Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Honorable Minister for Skill Development visited the pavilion of Skill Council of Green Jobs. Dr. Praveen Saxena,CEO, briefed theHon’ble Minister about activities of the skill council its recent efforts to work in the field of solar energy and waste management. |
